This programme is crafted for professionals of colour with 4+ years of experience in fields like business development, finance, HR, legal, marketing, operations, or strategy, aiming to transition into the luxury, fashion, beauty and media industries.

Programme Overview:

  • Learn: Participate in workshops and networking events led by industry experts.
  • Mentorship: Receive personalised guidance to support your career shift.

Requirements:

  • Person of colour, currently working outside luxury, fashion, beauty and media.
  • Passionate about transitioning into these sectors.
  • Able to attend 8 evening workshops and a networking event in central London.
  • UK resident with the right to work.
