About the Programme

This programme is crafted for professionals of colour with 4+ years of experience in fields like business development, finance, HR, legal, marketing, operations, or strategy, aiming to transition into the fashion, luxury, and beauty industries.

Programme Overview:

  • Learn: Participate in workshops and networking events led by industry experts.
  • Mentorship: Receive personalised guidance to support your career shift.
  • Resources: Access industry networks and potential employers.

Requirements:

  • Person of colour, currently working outside fashion, luxury, and beauty.
  • Passionate about transitioning into these sectors.
  • Able to attend 8 evening workshops and a networking event in central London.
  • UK resident with the right to work.

Programme Details:

  • Workshops: 1st April - 7th May, 6.30pm – 9pm (every Tues/Weds evening over 4 weeks excl half term. 8 evening sessions in total)
  • Programme Network Event: 12th May, 5.30pm – 10.30pm
  • Location: Central London
